Antonija spent five weeks during January and February as a guest researcher at the University of Pisa, Italy, in the group of Dr Francesco Zinna. During her visit, she gained hands-on experience with advanced spectroscopic techniques, including circular dichroism (CD) and circularly polarized luminescence (CPL), for the characterization of chiral supramolecular assemblies. She was actively involved in experimental work, data analysis, and discussions, which significantly contributed to her understanding of structure–property relationships in these systems.
The stay proved to be an excellent opportunity for Antonija to acquire new knowledge, perform a wide range of analyses, and further develop her expertise in this field. We sincerely thank Dr Zinna for hosting Antonija and for his generous hospitality and support throughout her visit. The collaboration initiated during this stay continues to develop, providing a strong foundation for future joint research projects and potential scientific outputs.
